Babysitting Connection is a monthly membership babysitting agency that gives members access to hundreds of verified babysitters near Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston.
How It Works
When you join, you will be able to easily find and book a babysitter through our website.

- Complete your profile
- Select the date and time of your sit
- Choose a local sitter that meets your family’s needs
Our sitters have 48 hours to respond to each sit request and you will be emailed a confirmation once they accept!

Sitter Rates
Our sitters are paid directly by the members immediately following the scheduled sit or service. You may pay your sitters by whatever method is convenient for you via cash, check or electronically. The rates below are our minimum required rate. Please consider paying a higher hourly rate or leaving a tip if you are impressed with our incredible child care team.
Our sitters’ pay rate is based on the duties of a babysitter. Because of this, please do not ask our sitters to do anything unrelated to childcare.

It was a no-brainer decision

Information
CANCELLATION FEES
Sits canceled within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee to the members account and paid directly to the sitter.
ADDITIONAL SITTER FEES
Paid directly to the sitter at the end of the sit.
Group Sit (6+ Children) Sitter Hourly Rates $25/hr*
For sits with more than 5 children, you will need more than 1 sitter. Our maximum ratio is 5 children per 1 sitter. *Church group sits are $20/hr
Holiday Sitter Hourly Rates
1.5x hourly rate
NYE, New Years Day, Valentine's after 5pm, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Overtime Sitter Hourly Rates
1.5x hourly rate
Sitters rates becomes 1.5x if the sit is extended more than 30 minutes once the sit has started.
Mileage Reimbursement
$0.65/mi
Paid to your sitter if they transport your child(ren) in their own vehicle during your sit.
Overnight Sit Rates
$125 flat rate while children are sleeping + stated hourly rate while children are awake.
Sick Children Policy
We do not sit for sick children. If your child is showing any symptoms, please cancel any scheduled sits until they are better. Click here to see the full policy.
